  • $600 per standard booth
  • $500 non-profit pricing (subject to availability, must provide proper paperwork)
  • Race Directors, ask us about our special Runner's Row deal

Inclusions with Booth Costs:

  • 8x10 booth space at the 2016 Health & Wellness Expo
  • Exposure to 8,000+ athletes, family & friends during the expo and on race day
  • Marketing materials and/or product samples placed in runner goody bags
  • Logo, company description, and link on the Trenton Half Marathon website
  • Inclusion in our expo newsletter email to all runners prior to the event 


We anticipate 3,500-4,000 runners plus family, friends, and supporters of each runner. The expo will be free and open to the public, providing for even more participant exposure.


All applications must be provided two weeks prior to the race, and payments must be submitted by October 14, 2017. Make checks payable to: BOSS Events

Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required licenses and permits. A food license permit is REQUIRED for the sale of ANY type of food product. This includes nutritional bars, gels, etc. All persons selling any event, good, or item are responsible for obtaining the appropriate business license and paying all applicable state and local taxes.


All vendors/exhibitors must provide proof of insurance naming the Wyndham Garden Trenton Hotel, BOSS Events Road Runners Club, and the Trenton Half Marathon as additional insured parties.
